a lot of people in america have the same theory. they also believe that any amount of detonation over a long period of time is the reason why these motors blow. others believe this is not the case at all.

i would also like to see pictures of the evo9 turbos on the MPS if pictures are available.

Very nice.  Looks like a lot of fun!  Much better than my parking lot vid, lol.

In my city, it seems like we spend more time working on our cars than actually driving them.  I'll have to get some videos this weekend or something, ha!

This company have made many custom exhaust manifolds for stock turbos or for any other, like TD05.

Hahaha, that manifold looks very very similar to what i'll be using soon.

The builder is working on it for me right now.  Once i get it, i'll have to modify it for EWG myself.

After we have successfully modeled the injector timing a while ago, we realized that lack of fuel (or more specifically, lack of time to get fuel in) was what was keeping us from building more than 400+ hp.

So this left us with 3 options to make more power:
1) secondary fueling, like an intake manifold with port injection and it's own stand alone controller.  Pretty expensive and complicated.

2) bigger injectors, but we haven't been able to find anyone to port our stock ones, and haven't found a suitable replacement.

3) increase the fuel pressure in our fuel rail... Which we are experimenting with now!

Saturday, i drew up a simple adjustable scaling circuit to basically "lie" to the ecu about the fuel rail pressure, and make it increase the pressure.  There doesn't appear to be a "fail safe" emergency valve, and the ecu directly controls the spill valves for the fuel return.  So scaling the sensor seems like it should work well for the time being!

*disclaimer*  This is potentially dangerous, so if you choose to do it, do so at your own risk.  You are the only one responsible for any damage or injury from doing such an experimental mod as this.  I have to say this to cover my ass, lol.

Tuning is very very important with such a sensor trick.  You will have to re-scale the MAF sensor to get the afr's back in line.  And by doing so, you will be tricking the ecu into thinking that it's running at a lower load than it really is, so it will try to run more spark advance and leaner afr's.

So whatever percentage you scale the MAF by, you need to adjust all load based tables by the same amount.  If you don't do this, you can seriously blow your car up.  Be sure to reduce spark advance in lower loads, and richen up the afr's in lower loads.

там написано про форсунки.
если узнать тайминг форсунок то можно снять еще мощи.
варианты:
-дополнительная подача топлива, из серии две топливных рейки
-эксперементируют с давлением в топливной рейке
но:
- не нашли достойной замены штатным форсункам.
